Sign-in privacy

Kaydso uses Google sign-in to verify your identity and email address. Only staff approved by a Kaydso administrator can access the collections workspace. Your administrator assigns your role and collection book.

Your account information

Kaydso retains your staff name, email address and Google account identifier to recognize your approved account and apply its access permissions.

What Google sign-in accesses

Google sign-in is used for identity and email verification. Kaydso does not request access to the contents of your Gmail or Google Drive.

Kaydso uses a secure session cookie to keep you signed in. This cookie cannot be read by page scripts. Signing out ends your current Kaydso session.

Recorded work

Kaydso retains operational actions linked to staff accounts, including recorded calls, notes, receipts and administrative changes.
